The Gifts, Benefits and Hospitality policy (Policy) states Victorian Assisted Reproductive Treatment Authority’s (Authority) position on: • responding to offers of gifts, benefits and hospitality • providing gifts, benefits and hospitality This policy is intended to support individuals and the Authority to avoid conflicts of interest and maintain high levels of integrity and public trust. The Authority has issued this policy to support behavior consistent with the Code of conduct for Victorian public sector employees (Code). All employees are required under clause 1.2 of the Code to comply with this policy.

If you're going through IVF, there’s a small risk you will experience ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). While OHSS can be mild and treated at home for many people, some people require treatment in hospital.

It does not act to limit the scope of Condition 2.6.
