We are currently operating with minimal staff in the office. While mail is now being directed to the VARTA office, with some staff working from home, email communication remains a faster way of communicating with us. Please email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.

To reduce the risk of transmission, the majority of counselling sessions for donor register services are being done via Skype, Zoom or telephone.
All group meetings, including our support groups, are being postponed or held via Zoom. Participants will be notified and updated information will be posted on relevant VARTA website pages soon. You can read more about registering your interest for virtual support group meetings here.
Applications to the Voluntary and Central registers
Applications to the donor registers are being processed in a timely manner and counsellor outreaches to all people affected by an application, including donor-conceived people, is returning to normal. There was a temporary suspension of some outreaches in 2020 due to COVID-19.
