It’s all about openness, honesty, how, when and why to tell.
When: Tuesday 15 September 2020
Time: 7-9pm (AEST)
Cost: $25 early-bird, $30 non early-bird
Due to current circumstances, the 2020 Time to tell event will be held online and there will be no face-to-face event this year.
The Time to tell webinar will provide tips on how, when and what to say to donor-conceived children. It is hoped that parents and potential parents may feel more confident about their story, and children can understand the unique way in which they came into this world.
Speakers include VARTA counsellors, parents from different families, and donor-conceived young people. You will gain insight and advice on all aspects of talking to children about becoming a family with the help of donated eggs, sperm or embryos.
Potential parents, parents, friends, family, donors and professionals are all welcome.
The recording of the webinar will be sent to all registrants following the live event for those who were unable to watch live or would like to re-watch.
