Reporting Requirements
Registered ART providers are required to report to the Victorian Assisted Reproductive Treatment Authority on a regular basis to ensure the requirements of the Authority’s Conditions for Registration are being met.
A schedule of reporting requirements for registered ART providers is outlined below.
