Registration
Clinics providing Assisted Reproductive Treatment (ART) in Victoria are required to be registered under the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008. Clinics must apply to the Authority to become a registered ART provider and must hold current accreditation from the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) of the Fertility Society of Australia (FSA).
